HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Wilder Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
