HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
