HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Knoxville and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
