HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
