HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
