HR Business Partner - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
