HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Drift Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
