HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
