HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
