HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Haven Construction is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
