HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jacksonville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
