HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Timber Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
