HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Jacksonville area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
