HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
