HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jacksonville supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
