HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Jacksonville design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 500 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
