HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
