HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jackson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
