HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Union Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Indianapolis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
