HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cobalt Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
