HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Field Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Indianapolis area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
