HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Indianapolis area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
