HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
