HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Corner Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
