HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sable Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
