HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark North Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
