HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Meridian Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
