HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
