HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
