HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Field Markets Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
