HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Bright Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
