HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
