HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Silverline Learning Group is an education provider in Houston serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 604 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
