HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is a Houston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
