HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Bright Pine Medical is a Houston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
