HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
