HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Sable Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
