HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Lumen Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
