HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Redstone Oak Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
