HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
