HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Silverline Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Houston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
