HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
