HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
