HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Maple Manufacturing Group is a Honolulu manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
