HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen River Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
