HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ember Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
