HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Cobalt Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
