HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Vale Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
