HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
