HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
